Manager was talking badly about our server and everyone could hear and then acted like nothing happened and another server started talking badly about our server. It was ridiculous how they treated our server.

We are so sorry that we had multiple team members who didn't follow procedures correctly and didn't make the best choices. We are at fault and are addressing the situation that occured today so it doesn't happen again. I'll never be going to Richards restaurant in auburn ever again manager was rude my pancakes were raw my country fried steak was hard as a rock my gravy was cold and the manager was so rude she made my server cry
Food was good sevice was slow.Need more servers to take care of the customers.
Great service, food was bland, not much flavor. I wouldn't recommend eating here.

This was the worst service we have had anywhere in a long time! The server was not very friendly and it even got to the point we were trying to call to get someone's attention for more coffee. The majority of the food was cold and came out at random times. When the checks were dropped off she laid a stack of them without a word and left us to figure out who had what based on the prices.
