This was the worst service we have had anywhere in a long time! The server was not very friendly and it even got to the point we were trying to call to get someone's attention for more coffee. The majority of the food was cold and came out at random times. When the checks were dropped off she laid a stack of them without a word and left us to figure out who had what based on the prices.

Traveling for work from GA. Food was good and service was good. Never even heard of Sugar Pie... it was pretty good. Our waitress was very helpful, friendly and we never ran out of drinks. The salad bar was very clean and our entrees came out hot.
This Richards had poor service and the staff seemed as though they hated their jobs. As customers, my boyfriend and I felt like an "inconvenience" to them. A few of them talked poorly about one another and about management. Everything was just very unprofessional.

Above The Best Movers & Cleaners ate here today and absolutely loved the food and service. Absolutely will b back tomorrow
