We travel back & forth to Indianapolis. It is right at halfway for us. Great time for a break. We’ve eaten their 3 times I think. Food has been good, service has been very attentive and quick. It’s our go to restaurant.

I always love Richard Restaurant. Food is good .services are excelent, hard working waitresses are there to great you.salary is not much .they rely only on tips to support their family.the also enjoy serving people ,specially people that appreciate their services. My favorite waitress there in new haven,Indiana,Richard Restaurant is name BONNIE. She is one of the best.please people be patience. Do not complain.just enjoy your food. God is watching.may god bless you all and keep you all safe.

Food was subpar. Coffee was atrocious. Service was okay aside from having 4 different servers for one meal.
Best waitress ever, pleasant and quick..had country fried steak. They make the best and I have tried o other places.. went to Richards on Washington Center. And will definitely go back.

Worst service today we have talked with the owners before about it and thought we would give them another try. That was a mistake. After being ignored for the two people that walked in behind us we had a waitress that was rude and basically screaming in my wife's ear. I was blatantly ignored standing at the counter as with my wife. We are over this disgusting excuse for customer service.
