Dr Later is always helpful and always up to date on the latest medical info. I love having a single doctor in an office so you really do get personal care. The front desk staff is sometimes difficult to deal with and are not very personable, but we've had great experiences with all the nurses and SueAnn and Carol. I have had to wait for extended periods of time when my kids have caught some major bug that everyone else has, too. Dr. Later is absolutely wonderful with kids...and parents, too. He has a lot of experience and stays thoroughly up to date on the latest research, etc. He has been our pediatrician for three children and we've been through a lot with him. I have never once had an experience with him (or SueAnn,the nurse practitioner) that was less than great. Occasionally when there are bugs going around, you do have to wait.
