My session with Richard is great. I look forward to my sessions. Richard listened to my issues and concerns.
My session with Bernard Tedesco went very well. He seemed to listen to my issues and recommended some changes. I think he gave good advice. He was very professional and also very easy to talk to. I wouldn't hesitate to see him again and would highly recommend him to anyone that asks.
The check in experience is HORRIBLE with this new system. It takes forever and if you confirm the day before like they ask, you have to fill out all the paperwork and then do it all again the day of your appointment. Very inefficient process to say the least.
Pleasant and I felt like it was a good start.
