Dr Chern literally saved my life! He listens, and treats every patient w/o respect, unlike my past providers. Him, and his wonderful staff, go above and beyond, every visit!!
Dr Chern's receptionist is the best. She's got a great personality, very friendly, and seems to remember everything about you and your family (good looking too). Dr Chern actually sits and listens to you until you're done talking. It seems like everyone else is just trying to get out of the room. I was so tired of leaving the doctor thinking about all stuff I forgot to ask. Now I feel better than ever, and I never leave the office confused. There's not a better doc here in the panhandle!!
Amazing caring doctor. Dr. Chern is much more than a doctor. He sees you! He desires your best self. He delivers options with concern for you as if you were family. His time is your time. You are not rushed on appointments. He is extremely knowledgeable. His staff is prompt and friendly. He is a good person that cares about his patients. He is refreshing. Choose him for your medical needs. You won't regret it. Thanks again Dr. Chern and Amanda. You both are amazing!!
Dr Chern and his staff are absolutely amazing! They are so kind and make you feel very comfortable!! Their office is beautiful and very zen like. I am so thankful I found Dr Chern he has given me my younger self back through health and wellness!!
Dr. chern is a wonderful doctor you can tell he truly cares about the well-being of his patients. He will actually talk to you about your treatment plan to make sure you fully understand what is going on. I would refer him to any of my friends or family
