I was referred to Dr. Martin by two of his former patients, and I went with surgical reports, both of which clearly showed I needed a shoulder replacement done due to bone on bone arthritis, pictures included. I was exploring changing doctors from where I was going. He spent three minutes with me, stated that the xray his staff showed said I didn't have this condition and dismissed me. Very rude and short.
Absolutely will recommend to others and already have done so. Doctor Martin and Ryan Marinone are an excellent team. They provided excellent care and were always responsive to any questions or concerns. The treatment plan is well documented and physical therapy can be handled at the same office. For exceptional results, schedule your surgery with doctor Martin!
My experience with Dr. Martin is always profoundly excellent. I respect & trust him. He operated on my full rotator cuff right shoulder and he did an astonishing remarkable job surgically. My shoulder/arm pain was excruciatingly out of control and now I do not have that pain anymore because of his mastery as an excellent surgeon. He is very involved in my recovery process and is very accomadating in my progression. He is a wonderful gentlemen & makes things easy in regards to my comprehension
Dr. Martin dismissed my shoulder pain and referred me to a spine surgeon. Rather than looking into my pain further via MRI, he would have seen the extent of the internal damage as an "extensive SLAP tear from the 1:00 position to the 9:00 position" along with other problems. I have surgery in a few days. Thank God I got a second opinion.
Just had surgery with Dr Martin on my left knee. He also did surgery 2 years ago on my right knee. I completely trust him and have had no pain and am back to close to normal 3 weeks post surgery. I would send friends to him. He's really good.
Stay away!!! Dr. Martin and his staff almost killed me in 2015 with their lack of attention to obvious symptoms of a major femoral blood clot, a piece of which had broken off and hit my lung. His staff is not qualified or sensitive to patients concerns, ignoring several calls and emails regarding these problems. After 2 weeks I eventually wound up in the hospital in intensive care, needing 3 surgeries to correct his neglect. I am lucky to be alive. He is arrogant with God complex.
Dr. Martin repaired a severely torn rotator cuff & my recovery was nothing short of miraculous. Playing tennis & golf in 6 months with full range of motion. Thanks Doc for giving me my life back.
