Service manager I thought was terrific helped me out. My OnStar stopped working he had some check it out. He left for the day and put me in the hands of the Service person checking in cars. He was the worse incompetent evertime I asked a question he did not know. Then kept trying to rush me left me talking to myself at the desk while he helped a young lady the drive in.
