Good service, Kenny was very friendly and communicated with us about where the car was at in the oil change/tire rotation and I asked them to check the brakes. Kenny knew the process for them to get paid from my fleet account (except we were charged tax and we're exempt...I'll be calling). Take it from someone who travels by car quite a bit and visit dealerships all over the northeast highly recommend this this dealerships service department. If i could give more than 5-stars I would.
Turned in my leased 2021 Equinox today for another 2024. This is my 4th Equinox from this dealership in over 13 years. I love the no-pressure sales and my sales consultant Rocco Mondo is very knowledgeable and personable as is Mike Brack (finance manager) and Vince Franco (Delivery Coordinator).
