Absolutely a wonderful experience! Keith in the service department needs a raise! His level of understanding, experience, and customer service was top notch.
I have been a customer for years. I recently went back to get another lease. The experience was amazing. We had the pleasure of doing business with Joe T. He is such a great guy, he even entertained my three rowdy boys when I had to take care of some paper work. Truly I cannot say enough great things about the whole team that was getting us settled into the new car. Vinny was also very helpful and knowledgeable when walking me through all the bells and whistles in the new Chevy. Highly recommend these guys!
I’ve been going to Lucas for years and fully trust them. I absolutely appreciate the entire service team.
I made an appointment and then they kept my truck for two weeks and didn’t even look at it until 2 weeks later. They then told me the brakes and rotors were why I was feeling the truck stutter and shudder. I paid them $800 to fix it and I’m still having the same issue. Lack of communication for 2 weeks while they had my vehicle and then just bandaided the issue because they know it has a transmission problem.
