Just finished my first car lease with Richard Lucas, and started a new one in the same week. Shumar was a polite and accommodating salesperson to work with. He was even available over text message throughout the process when I thought of some questions at home. I was offered water or coffee each time I was there. Generally a positive experience at Richard Lucas for both sales and service, so far in my experience. I am happy and adjusting to my new 2019 Trax!!
