I was referred to Dr. Palesano for ventilation tubes. Although I am a grown woman, I am a baby when it comes to anybody messing with my eardrum. Dr. Palesano and staff were very understanding and made me feel more at ease. I appreciated so much that he took the time to numb my ear before putting the tubes in. That makes him A+ in my book!
