If your insurance will cover a different provider, please go elsewhere. I have always had a deviated septum and was having issues with my hearing. My insurance provider said Dr. Rinehart was highly rated. So, I went. He was extremely rushed but said if I wanted to breath better I should get my deviated septum fixed. He stated I needed a cream to heal inside my nose before operating. I said ok let's get it done. He also cleaned my ears because I had used Q-tips and had wax too far in one of my ears. I have an immune system disorder that requires me to pump a medication called hyzentra into my body subcutaneously once a week. I’ve contacted my doctor Jennifer petts this week several times to ensure my change in dosage schedule was sent in properly. I was told on Thursday it was by her and my pharmacy that sends my supply’s and meds said it would be to my home Friday. I saw Dr. Rinehart for the first time today for a consultation for chronic sinus issues and to review a recent CT scan of my sinuses. He reviewed my medical story and asked me some questions. He sat down and explained his impression of my CT scan. He examined my nose and throat. He told me his candid thoughts about what was going on and why, and what my limited choices were to treat it as a chronic condition. Dr. Rhinehart has put ear tubes in both of our children and with each procedure we had a great experience. The office is easy to work with, even ensuring we were able to get a prescription sent to the pharmacy just before closing the day before a holiday. Great doctor with a fantastic staff.
