I just want to say a big thank you to all of the staff, they were so amazing and explained everything. I want to specifically thank mr. Charles that works in the burn center waiting room. He was so nice and really helped this nervous mama.
They have been excellent taking care of my mom
2014 my daughter was treated for severe burns at this facility without permission. My daughter was placed in a comma and I was never notified by this medical facility of any treatment. The hospital fails to answer questions. A key step notification of a minors parent . Called multiple times staff has refused to send copies of all records.
