Skip it I was a frequenter of this salon for almost a year but have changed my tune. I have been passed around from stylist several times, found it hard to make appointments, and in general found the attention to customer service to be lacking. I will say that when I could get in with my stylist, Debra, she did an amazing job. But the overall treatment I recieved left me in search of a better salon. Don;t believe the hype--this place isn't worth the $200.

Made me feel dejected on my wedding day. I went To Richard Herrera to have my hair and make-up done for my wedding a few months ago, and boy was that a mistake. I came on time, thanked the stylists for helping me on my big day, and gave them a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like. It wasn't a hard style, so I hoped it would turn out alright. I LOVE coming to Richard Herrera! Kate is a hair wizard and knew exact,y what to do with my finicky hair from my first visit. Everyone at the salon is so friendly, and they have a great selection of products. Definitely recommend!

I Love love Richard Herrera Salon. I've been going to Melissa M. for a couple years now, she does an amazing job and the hair products are phenomenal! Never disappointed!

Richard Herrera Salon ROCKS! Everyone there is so nice and helpful! From the moment you are greeted through the time you pay for services, the experience is great! I have been going to Michael for many years and she is fantastic! I have difficult hair and she is never afraid to ask some of the other stylists for suggestions. I love Kate B. at RH, I decided to ombre my hair (the first time i have ever dyed my hair) and she did an amazing job and made me feel really comfortable. So much so, that i have gone back to her ever since to cut my hair. I am convinced she can do no wrong!

Excellent salon, friendly, and appointments are as booked. Michael does my hair on a regular basis and is always able to know what I am wanting. She does an awesome job. Highly recommended.

Had an appointment with Melissa M and I have to say she did a great job on my hair color. She took her time listening to what I wanted and was able to translate that into a great hair color and style that looks fantastic. Richard Herrera has a very friendly and relaxed style. I highly recommended the salon and Melissa M.

I've been impressed with Richard Herrera About Hair since my first visit, 3.5 years ago. Michele is my stylist and I highly recommend her to the many women who comment on my hair. She's talented, personable, reliable and communicates extremely well with her clients. Bad hair days are a thing of the past! I've had the opportunity to observe the other stylists in the salon and they all seem to be capable and creative. This is not an inexpensive salon but the results are worth it.
