Very poor customer service. I had my xrays and MRI done two weeks ago. I have called several times to talk to the doctor or the assistant. Left several messages but have not received any call from the doctor. That shows they do not care about their patients.
My Mother is in ICU because of this doctor. He injected both of my Mom's knees, causing a life threatening infection. I have called his office munrious times and without a response from him. The doctor at the hospital who did surgery to clean up the infection in her said he has called him with no response. If y value your life or family member don't go to this doctor.
My mother was scheduled to have a left knee scope. The anesthesiologist could not find a vein!! The surgery had to be cancelled but Dr. Bush decided to inject her knees to give her some relief. Within 24 my mother could not walk and was temporarily paralyzed. My sister and I have tried numerous of times to reach out to Dr. Bush's office to no avail. Less than 72 hours my mother was in the Emergency Room. Within hours she had to have surgery on both knees. She has developed a serious infection
If you want technical expertise, skillful surgeon who uses a custom knee and you do not mind "DrHouse"! Dr Buch is fabulous! Cant say enough, very excellent outcomes! Receptionist leave a bit tobe desired! Told me I was scheduled one week after day that I was there and Ivwas not! Foubd the appt card
Left shoulder replacement I cannot say enough good things about Dr Buch !!
