Artistry beyond compare...service impeccable! – I walked into the salon extremely nervous because it had been a year and a half since my last haircut. The first amazing bit of service I had was the receptionist asking me if I wanted something to drink, even though I declined, I found that to be extremely customer friendly. Always a wonderful experience! – I've used this salon (Margarite is my stylist) for about 2 years now. I've never had a bad experience. Sometimes I go in having an image of what I want in my head. WHen I leave, it may look nothing like the image in my head but it is always BETTER than I could've ever imagined. I've only used Margarite and she is fantastic!! Incredible – I have gone there a few times now,everytime i just get whoever is avaliable. Due to my schedule i can not make an appointment. Everytime i go the staff is so warming right when i walk in,they offer you a drink. Every person i have gone to have been great. I feel comfortable in everyones chair. Best Salon in Memphis – I loved the atmosphere at Richard and Company everyone was so nice to me and catered to my every need. In addition to the upbeat "edgy" atmosphere my hair looks the best it ever has. The stylist that i saw did a great job and did everything I wanted and more. I will be going back to Richar and Company....I already have my next appointment and am looking forward to it!!!!!
I'll never go back again... – I went into the salon for my first time and had an appt for foil and haircut. The color was satisfactory but the stylist that cut my hair messed it up so, so badly. I didn't notice it until I got home and had to go back a couple days later to have it fixed. When the correcting stylist was cutting my hair she commented that she could not believe how badly it was cut initially.
