Awesome Aarin! – If you know me, then you know that my hair is my signature and if you don't, let me just tell you that I am very picky about my hair and I don't let just anyone hold shears next to my head. Loving Lauren! – I love going to Richard & Co. The atmosphere is so chic, and everyone is so friendly. Lauren has done my hair for two to three years now, and she is absolutely amazing. I've had strangers ask to take pictures of my hair to take to their stylist to recreate what Lauren has done. Makes you feel beautiful! – Come in with tired stringy hair and go out feeling like a model! Serious care is taken with hair cuts and especially the color. Beth has been doing my hair for several years and is a wonderful colorist. One thing that makes Richard and Co. so great is the willingness of the stylists to work together and make convenient appointment times for you. If your "usual" stylist is not available I have found that the others that have helped me are very well trained, professional and talented!
Aarin is the best! – When we moved to Memphis from Germany 5 years ago I dreaded the fact that I needed to find new doctors, stylists, dry cleaners and all that. I went through a longer phase of try and error until I found a new friend that recommended Aarin...and I've been with her ever since! Updo's with Lauren – I almost hate to let everyone in on my secret! But Lauren has done my daughter's hair for prom twice now and both times she has nailed the look. She is great about listening to what you need and then designing your hairstyle around your dress. We have had 2 totally different looks for both occasions. Another vote for Aaron Mason – So... although I was happy with my old stylist, mutual schedule conflicts led me to City Search for a new salon.
