Renee is fantastic! – Renee is a jewel - she listens to what you want and is able to accomplish it. She can also make suggestions based on your face shape and hair texture. Best haircut I've ever had. Lovely salon, good experience.

GO SEE MONICA FOR FABULOUS HAIR – Monica is the absolute BEST!!! I had the most damaged hair that anyone could possible have. It would not even grow. She worked her magic and now I have beautiful shiny manageable hair. I have refereed several friends to her and they love her as much as I do. Even my mother has switched from the girl she used for years to Monica. She will listen to what you want and make that a reality. So if you are looking for the hair of your dreams go see Monica you will not be disappointed.

Lauren's the best Stylist – Well Lauren is my stylist and it is great haveing her style my hair. I wouldn't let anyone else touch it. I feel she is friendly and really knows what she is doing. She also does my eyebrows and they always look perfect when she is done with them. I always walk out of Richard and Company with confidence! =)

Great salon! Great stylist! – I have been going to the salon since it's start in Cordova! I was so excited when the C'ville location opened! Beth is and has been my favorite stylist! She does a great job and always seems to know what I mean when I want to do something different. Beth is very personable and great at what she does! I highly recommend her- especially for color and naturally curly hair!

Beth is Awesome! – I have been going to Beth for several years, and people always notice when I've been in to see her. I have gone from blonde to red to brown to dark brown and back to blonde again, and whatever the color, the results are always fantastic. These days, I don't even tell her what I want. I just ask her to "fix it," and she always does! She is also honest enough to let you know if you are about to make a mistake with a cut or color, which is extremely helpful, having been involved in more than one hair disaster... read more

Aarin Mason is who to ask for – There is no reason to pass up someone that knows what they are doing and keep you up to date. I get my hair cut and streaked and at my age of 72 it makes me feel much younger. Aarin is great with any age bracket.

LOOKING GOOD – It never fails when I get my hair done by Aarin Mason at Richard & Co. I get tons of compliments. I went from long hair to short hair and absolutely love it. Aarin is so great at listening to you....your likes and dislikes...what you really want your hair to do. She is honest and will let you know if it will work with your hair texture, etc. She won't lie to you just to get your business. I would highly recommend Aarin. Feel Good and Look Good too!

Aarin Mason is the best hair stylist I have every had! – Aarin is just really good. She can cut long hair or my really short hair. One of the best things is Aarin is GREAT with color. She seriously does color better than anyone else I have ever seen. She gives perfect highlights. Thanks Aarin

Love this Salon – Marguerite is my stylist. I get compliments on my hair color (highlights and lowlights) and cut constantly. She says it is my hair...I say it is my stylist. She is awesome and so is this salon. I have been going there for over 6 years (different stylists along the way). Even though my stylist may have left for another salon, I continued to return and try another one. They have always been top notch. I love Marguerite, and I am very picky about my hair and color. She is the bomb!!!!
