Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Would not let me accompany my father to his appointment to translate even though he doesn’t speak English. Sited “Covid-19 protocol” as the reason but none of the nurses were even wearing masks! What protocol is that following? Makes zero sense. Sounds like a classic case of power abuse by nurses on a power trip.
