Dr Lam has been my primary care physician for many many years. I trust him completely. He listens well to my concerns and then explains in detail what I could and should do and why.
Getting needed appointments has been easy, follow up and communication has been wonderful and something I have not experienced with other offices. I was a former patient and I’m now returning (this office became out of network for me with a new employers insurance unfortunately) thrilled to be back!
He actually takes the time listen to your health concerns.
Dr Lam is my PCP and most appointments are with him. He’s informative, helpful in guidance if additional care is needed. Referrals are never a problem. Top notch follow ups and being informed in a timely manner on test completed. I feel my being in a very healthy spot in my life is through Dr Lam’s due diligence. His staff is top notch.

I came to the office today, to receive help. However, I was made to feel like I was wrong for being young and in pain. I will no longer be a client of this frustrated provider.
My company changed insurance and he was no longer in my network. You never know what you have until it's gone. I miss the face to face. The primary care doctor my insurance assigned me I have never seen. I've had many appointments but never with him. A different PA or NP or whatever acronym, every time. I would give anything to have him back.
