Fabulous doctor! My wife was very nervous about having her breast reduction surgery but Dr. D'Amico and his staff did a lot of hand holding to make her feel at ease. Her results are certainly much better than I would have imagined and now she is all about shopping for a strapless dress for our son's wedding. I went to Dr.D'Amico for a brow lift and a liposuction procedure and I am so happy for the amazing results! I've never looked better! Dr.D'Amico performed by breast augmentation/lift about 10 years ago. Scar tissue formed in my one breast shortly after my surgery. Over the years it became more and more painful. I recently went to see him to ask what can be done? He quoted me $5,000 to only scrape out scar tissue! I called at least 10 times trying to speak with someone to ask them the questions I had, and NEVER received a call back. went there for gynecomastia surgery. 14 yrs later my gynecomastia is still there and the skin looks like crap. I am in the process of fixing it now. I went back to have him check it, he claims that it is a skin problem not a gland. Ive been to other drs. who say it is a gland which needs to come out. It seems he likes the flavor of the month. Horrible horrible experience with Dr DAmico. I had a breast lift with augmentation and liposuction on my abdomen. The garment they had me in afterwards was TOO tight and when I called after surgery to tell them I was in pain they said it was supposed to be tight. So I came in for my check up and this arrogant doctor had the nerve to tell me I should have called and shouldnt have worn it! Had a lot of post surgical issues. Needed revision surgery and went into shock during it. Suture removal very painful and was told to be quiet. Have terrible scars
Had a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction, and saline implants.I am very thin and saline left creases on my cleavage.Didn't complain,no more breast cancer.He encouraged me to replace them with silicone.(why hadn't he done that in the first place)Staff talked me into it.No big deal,just a replacement.It would be better.Came in to mark me up while I was drifting into unconsciousness,said he'd have to go lower.I remember saying no.Woke up,and was discharged. Do not use him for Lipo - my stomach is horribly disfigured and he would not provide any responses. He sent me to therapy for edema - it didn't help, its been six months and no improvement. His bedside manner is arrogant.
