This contractor was recommended to me. My experience has been a nightmare for years. My roof leaks, after I paid him in full. I am grateful that it is in my Laundry room. He attempted to correct the problem to no avail. Mr. Melvin Lowe has been extremely rude to me. He told me, "that's why I don't like dealing with Black folks" . I paid him in full for a new roof. I wish I had kept the one I had. At least it didn't leak.
