There are no words to express my gratitude. I knew when J had her first evaluation she was in the right place. Dr. Rice's FIRST priority was her. He stated he'd not put braces on her unless she was ready. That was his first concern. He and his team are not only dedicated, they are kind, caring and compassionate toward their patients.
