I messaged several orthodontist in the Western KY and Southern Illinois area regarding a young man struggling with bullying at school because of his teeth. Dr. Rice personally messaged me back after hours and had immediately made an appointment to evaluate this young man. I've heard nothing from not one of the other clinics. I got braces from Dr. Rice in middle school and finished treatment in 2012. When I walk in the door now 7 years later and now married and living an hour away, the staff still greets me BY NAME with a friendly smile. I am here today getting impressions for a new set of retainers and everyone in the office has asked how I am doing. They TRULY care. Shawn is my brother-in-law, however I would feel the same even if he wasn’t. First and foremost he is a good Godly man and because of that he has a love for his patients and their well being. He’s honest and straight forward so you can trust what he says. He meticulous in everything he does so when he does something it’s done right. I would stake everything I have on Shawn Rice.
