Stay away – I found out after my hair was ruined that my stylist had recently graduated from beauty school. I spoke with the owner and found him to be rude, uncaring and unwilling to even consider fixingthe problem. It cost me $125 to to have the color redone at another salon and it will be months before my hair grows back again.
RIPPED OFF – I moved to LaVerne from New York City and was in need of a high end salon, I tried this one and was very very displeased. I was given a quote for high-lights and after she finished she told me that my hair need to be toned and that would be an additional charge, not included. I felt that I was misled and the price was changed after the hairdresser commented on the "rock" on my finger. badly managed – I had an appointment at this salon and the hairdresser was overbooked, running very late and was working on 2 other clients. When I ran out of patience the manager who was unprofessional and angry told me that if I left I would incur a $20 cancellation fee. They are too concerned with revenue and not the happiness of clients. I will never go back there
