Happy Happy Happy – I was recommended by my sister to see Richard. I have long thick hair and I was happy my first, second and now third time to see him. He took his time with me, explained each thing he did and why which was very useful for me when I style my own hair now. The salon is beautiful with nice people and great customer service. I will definitely be back and highly recommened to others.

Beautifully Remodeled, New Owner – the salon is gorgeous and the staff is very attentive and pleasant. i don't know what it looked like before since i just moved here but it's definitely the "spa experience" i was hoping for! even the shampoo room made me feel like i was on vacation or something. i will definitely be going back especially since they do a cool rewards program that gives you points for every dollar you spend. very cool.

Great service, very informative and helpful.... had an amazing, relaxing day at this spa!!!! – I went to this spa during my vacation to california and it made my trip!!! The service was great, and it was a clean, relaxing environment... I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like an enjoyable day at the spa!

Worst Salon, Worst Hairdressers Ever -- Stay Away! – Think twice about patronizing Ricciolo Salon. The salon is unfriendly, expensive, poorly managed, filthy and the hairdresses are NOT qualified. If you want to walk out with a good style and color this is not the salon to go to.

I went to this salon thinking I'd walk out and feel great about myself. But, not only did the stylist cut my hair way shorter than I told her to, she also dyed it darker than I expected. Now, im stuck with short, dark hair, which wasn't the look I was going for. I'll just have to wait it out. The atmosphere also isnt pleasant here. I'm not a happy client.

HATED IT!! – I can see why this place got the bad reviews, I wish I checked citysearch first. After waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes, the hairdresser finally came to me. She was in a big rush and distracted. I told her I was in a bit of a hurry and that her being of schedule threw me off. She told me that if I was to leave, I should pay a $20 cancellation fee. She lacked confidence and was taking personal phone calls.. She then asked me if I could take a blowdrier and help her to dry my hair!!!???? What the heck? She comp... read more

THE BEST EVER – I came from Newport Beach and decided to go for a change local to my area. The salon was AMAZING and the staff was so nice to me. They tood care of my every need and did a wonderful job on my hair. I highly recommend this salon and spa to anyone. Thank you Ricciolo Salon for going beyond my expectations.

Excellent Service and very Satisfied – Wonderful experience and has my # 1 Vote. They really did a nice job on the remodel and the prices are very reasonable. The quality of work from the sylist and the spa personnel was exceptional and i will definatly refer all my friends and family.
