Fantastic colorist!!! – I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair! I followed Adrianna from another salon, and I have to say, she is incredible. She takes time to understand exactly what you're looking for and her attention to detail is amazing. I've gone from blonde, to chestnut, to red...all of which I have loved. She is fantastic!! The salon is nice - very relaxing. Seems like you are stepping outside of Manhattan. It's a little tricky to find, but it's worth it. The staff is lovely.

I had to do my own blow drying... tha'ts outrageous! – The salon itself is beautiful. However, when I first walked in, the staff automatically assumed that I was a hair model and was there for future stylists to practice on me. Marina did my highlights She was nice, but told me I had to blow dry my hair on my own! Even my friends who are hairstylists can't blow dry their own hair (because it's harder when you are blow drying your own hair). Akemi is the best in NYC for hair color – Akemi is the best hair color stylist in NY. I should know because I have been getting my dark ash blonde hair made into a better brighter gold blonde by her for many years now and I have even followed her to this salon. Her eye for color and mixing what you need is not matched at other places. One can become a fake yellow blonde at any salon in the city but to get a natural look is another story. Sorry to see Leslie go! – I had been a client at RM for awhile, always going to Leslie for my cut & BKT & Akemi for my color. When I called this week to schedule my monthly appointment, I was really sorry to be told that Leslie is no longer with RM. The rude receptionist was not even gracious enough to let me know where I could contact Leslie. Luckily, I did some research on the internet and was able to locate him at his new digs, Capelli D'oro on Fifth, where he did his thing beautiful as usual.

besthair service I've ever had – After a long time of looking for a great stylist Riccardo gave me a look that fit my exciting personality. My hair cut was fun,unique, and elegant. Picasso of Hair Color – Akimi has been my colorist for 15+ years. She is by far the most talented hair colorist. She looks at my skintone and determines how light/dark, whether I need hi lights, eyebrows lightened, etc. I am fortunate to have such talent and a gentle and sensitive, respectful personality. I adore Akimi. You will too.

The best colorist and stylist hands down--Antonio! – Firstly, I am not one to usually write review---but I am so impressed that I have to take the time to explain my experience at the Riccaardo Maggiore salon. LESLIE CORREA IS THE BEST! – Leslie has been doing my hair for years. I followed him to this new location. Its in a great area, with lots of space. Leslie is amazing! He has done Japanese straightening on my hair several times with beautiful results. His cuts, color, and styling are fantastic. Prices are very reasonable for such top-quality service.
