Heather Golden is the best sales person I've dealt with in a long time! I've bought and sold several cars and this was the best experience from start to finish I have EVER experienced. Been dealing with the finance department for 3 and a half months over a bill from Hyundai that was supposed to be paid by Ricart. Now getting calls from collection agency about the bill. I will never purchase anything from Ricart again. Absolutely the worst follow up ever. Can't get a simple call back.
