The Ricart team was very responsive and polite.
I was contacted promptly after reaching out. I had an appt to see the vehicle in person right away. Jerome was amazing! He stayed in communication to let me know when the vehicle would be ready for me to take home, and I purchased the vehicle within a week of my initial contact. I went through Ricart's financing. SHADY SHADY SHADY!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS! I wanted to buy the 2023 Ford Escape Hybrid for their listed price $16,000. I contacted them 8/23/25 and after a week of waiting for them to get the SMOKE SMELL out of the car and RESURFACE THE ROTORS which they didn't, they STILL decided to jack up the price TO $18,729. THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Avoid this dealer. Sent an inquiry early in the week. Car I inquired on there since 8/2. Supposedly car was in the shop all week, then the price goes up $1000 before I can look at it. Typical used car dealer.
Nice people willing to negotiate on price for old retired combat veterans.
I got a robo text response. Then a salesman, Matt, reached out. I replied to Matt several times, but he didn't reply. Late,r he contacted me again. We seriously thought about the car. I am 9 hours from this dealer. I asked for a call to see if I could put a deposit on the vehicle to ensure it would be there if I made such a long trip. I never got a reply. Although we did get a call from one of the new Ford car salesmen trying to sell us a new Ford instead of the used car we were interested in.
I messaged with them (or their AI) the night before and the morning of going there. I specifically referenced a car I was interested in. They let me Uber all the way out there and lose two hours of pay and didn’t tell me they sold the car…because they obviously don’t really care about the customer. So with 2 Ubers and 2 hours of work lost I’m out $100 dollars and back to the start on car search. I simply cannot say enough bad things about these people.
