RIC is always very quick to address any issues in the building my boss has an office in. The property is well maintained, and communication is always great.
RIC has been a wonderful addition to our townhouse association. Previous to hiring them, we worked on volunteer power. It was a huge drain on us and things simply did not get done. We have slowly been transitioning to turning over all our tasks to RIC. They already have processes in place, and have a list of venders with work with.
