RENTERS BEWARE! They cant manage a financial budget whatsoever. One year you will have to pay up a couple grand in over spending by RIC and the next they owe you. Ric also uses vendors that they have relationships with but will tack on 10% as a fee for “finding” a vendor. READ YOUR LEASES!! Read you contracts when renting or leasing from this company . They will put u into a contractual bind. Will charge you for anything they can legally do with in their contract. AVOID
RIC is always very quick to address any issues in the building my boss has an office in. The property is well maintained, and communication is always great.
RIC has been a wonderful addition to our townhouse association. Previous to hiring them, we worked on volunteer power. It was a huge drain on us and things simply did not get done. We have slowly been transitioning to turning over all our tasks to RIC. They already have processes in place, and have a list of venders with work with. They vet new venders as needed to save us money and to get us the best services. They are helping us adhere to the laws governing townhouses and to use Best Practices.
