Shockingly bad highlights from Debbie - a full inch from my scalp in some places, chunky and stripey. Rather than admit the mistake they claimed it was my old regrowth and offered to put in more highlights to blend it. It was so horrific I couldn't possibly let them try again and they refused to even partially reimburse the fee. I wouldn't expect highlights this bad if I went to a hair school and am disappointed and frustrated that an expensive salon would let me walk out looking like this and on top of that would not admit ... read more
