I would like to thank the young man at rib crib last night, we were there for dinner because we had been to a funeral the lose of a fine man and great officer the young man found out why we all there and gave up appetizers and 1/2 off all of our meals. It was hard enough to have to see one of our friends and co-works gone but it was very nice of this young man to come over and tell is how sorry he was, he just went out of his way and we all thank him for that !!!! Loved the fried pickles and ribs !!!! Two thumbs up
Here are the reasons our family won't be back: 1) Waiting for 25+ minutes on silverware after asking 3 different employees, 2) retrieving condiments on our own from other tables because no staff were around, 3) being treated like we were an inconvenience from the minute we walked in the door, etc. It's clear that your employees, no matter how busy or slow, do not care to represent the brand of your company. No matter how good your food is, if the customer experience isn't valued, our family won't invest in your company.
The new Rib Cribs are much better now and food is good. Went to the new one on 61st and Yale. Very nice.
The food was great as always but it’s the people who make a difference. Great people and great food! Fun dining experience. And the remodel is fantastic!
We stopped in on our way home to Texas, the fried pickles and the Bar-B-Rito with brisket were AMAZING!!!! The food was also very quick to come out and the staff was friendly! I highly recommend this place, I hope one day they will come to Austin.
