I ordered the brisket, smoked sausage , and ribs. The brisket was so dry it was hard to eat. The sausage tasted like it was heated in the microwave and the rib was mushy and had no pull to it at all. $17 for a plate of very subpar food.

Ribs were ok a little to dry for my taste
Hour wait before we received our cold food. Waitress forgot to fill our glasses. Will be a long time before we eat here again.
Wow. So just went to RibCrib in Tulsa. Once again they overcharge from the menu prices. Call their corporate office and the guy had no clue. Posting false prices will not increase your business. Honestly if they are falsifying that I think maybe they are falsifying how fresh the BBQ is too.
we have always loved Rib Crib, but we went Thurs nite & it was freezing cold.. we asked the host & server multiple times to turn temp up & it was still blowing. Our food was sad.. my pulled pork appeared to have been reheated in the paper as the grease was horrid & 2 huge. hunks of fat, she told me it was the "bottom of the barrel" so I subbed with. hopped briskit... my hubs had chicken & pork & both were cold.. they reheated his on the plate as well as the pickle.. we finally paid & went home.
