I’m not sure rolling out a new menu with significantly higher prices in the middle of a pandemic was a good choice made by your company. Not having ingredient information available isn’t exactly a good business practice. When I asked about garlic (I can have garlic powder but no other form to our knowledge) I was handed a sheet of allergens by a very pleasant seating hostess but it only covered the minimum required by law (nuts, shellfish, dairy… ect). When a manager was asked the hostess was told that since so much is shipped in/pre-made they had no idea what the ingredients were. Huge shoutout to Nathan and RibCrib BBQ. Yall took care of us and our issue with our 3rd party delivery service today (02-22-2020). The order showed up to our house with 2 out of the 3 menu items wrong and when the delivery driver went back to get the problem items rectified, you re-made the entire order so it was all fresh. Thank y'all so much for the pride you take in your business, it will not go unnoticed.
