went to the Rib Crib at 31st and Garnett on Tuesday, for the "all you can eat" ribs. Got there at 5:30, to a VERY rude staff, and was told "our ribs won't be ready for an hour." I asked "doesn't it start at 4?" and the waitress said "we didn't start them yet." So aside from false advertising they had horrible attitudes. Thought about going to a different Rib Crib, but Billy Sims is getting my business tonight.

I am from Huntsville, AL and I’m very bias and picky when it comes to BBQ. I’ve always been of the opinion that Alabama BBQ tops all. I’ve also traveled all over the country and had basically every kind of BBQ there is, Memphis, Texas, North Carolina, even Hawaiian. This week we are in Springfield, MO and stopped into the branch on Glenstone Ave. I must admit that we were thoroughly impressed.
