Good food, better customer service! This was our first visit and we were very impressed! There was consistently people waiting to be seated, but the employees still acknowledged everyone, communicated wait times, and didn't let the business frazzle them. Every employee we saw tonight seemed like they were having their best shift ever, regardless of the crowds in the waiting area. You can get good food at most places, but not exceptional customer service like this. Will definitely be back!

the baby back ribs were great
There is no better place to eat in town! Others in town make ok baby back ribs but; if you want perfect ribs or awesome service; Rib City is the only place to go
waited 15 minutes to order lunch menu, waited on Taylor to get our order, then she waits on a table which came after we did. when she finally arrived, she said it's after 4pm it was 4.02 and I got there at 3:45. no wonder Rib City sucks on North.. no service nor did they care. Don t go if you want service, you won't get it...
Had an awesome dinner at Rib city with our out of town guest. Our waitress christine was outstanding. Thanks for your amazing service.

Romelia was our waitress. We've been there many time but first time she was our waitress. Extremely polite, knowledgable and very friendly. She had other tables but never failed to make sure we didn't need anything. Made our visit much nicer.
