Absolutely the worst customer service!! My family ( party of 8, 2 of which are infants) went to have lunch, put our name and party size on their list, waited outside for 15 minutes and when they called us back the waitress told us we had to split up because Mesa County rules say they can't seat a table bigger than 6 people and after being at multiple restaurants in the valley we know that's a lie and to top it off they had a table in the very back set up for at least a party of 10.

I was very disappointed today when I walked in and they wanted a mask to walk from the door to the table. What kind of stupid mind control are they accomplishing by asking for masks to walk at most 20 steps. I will no longer be promoting and/or visiting any of the Rib city locations. #lostcustomerforlife

Arthur- As a business in a community we have been a part of for 17 years we are trying to wade through these uncertain times and keep our staff safe, not to mention employed. We also have a huge group of seniors that enjoy dining with us, I would like to think that the simple act of putting a mask on for the 90 seconds it takes to get to your table wouldnt be too much to ask to keep your mom or dad safe, if they chose to dine out.
