The staff was super friendly and professional. The neurologist working with me - Dr. Shahid - was SUCH a joy to work with. He was friendly, extremely pleasant, professional, and most of all - helped me manage my fears and make what I’m dealing with less opaque and difficult to understand. The entire staff was very welcoming and does a great job of explaining things.
Please do not go here, I went 3 times and every time the doctor was delayed 1.5 to 2.5 hours (the doctor attends to hospital patients every morning, so ALL office patients have a delay and everyone in the waiting room complained each time I was there). A phone call to come later would've been courteous. The doctor is not bad, but the office staff has no clue. It took 6 weeks of calling every other day to have my prescription refilled. I was treated kindly and in a friendly manner. The environment was great and people were open to my questions. All in all, it was a very positive experience! I look forward to another visit.
Dr. Shahid Riaz has been treating my wife for, what seems like ten years. He is caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. He and his staff are terrific.
I would highly recommend Dr. Shahid. He took the time to review my case thoroughly and help with a referral. His concern and willingness to help me was so refreshing, in contrast to many of the other doctors we had already seen. His staff was also very caring and helpful!
Dr Shahid is a wonderful doctor and neurologist- he listens , he cares, he takes the time he needs and he tries above and beyond to make the patient feel better. He is very knowledgeable about headaches and migraines and the options for treatment and he is open to anything that could possibly help the patient.
Dr Shahid is awesome, very thorough and attentive. He takes a holistic approach to neurology and is very conscious of his patients needs. I look forward to having him as my doctor. Highly recommend!
