Arrived 20 mins before my appointment was not seen by the doctor until 3 hrs after not even 1 min conversation he walked in and ask why are you here rudely no proper greeting I explained everything even told him I have 2 referrals one from the hospital and another from my pcp he said that tells him nothing he doesn’t see my record so I need to reschedule picked up is laptop and walked out the room
Dr. Shahid is not only extremely qualified in his technical skills, he is also incredibly compassionate and sensitive to deal with. This is particularly important when dealing with cognitive related illness. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Riaz is caring, compassionate, and thorough. He goes above and beyond to provide personalized treatment and support. The program he started has benefited myself with movement disorders. I am thankful for the excellent care I have received.
Dr Riaz is a fantastic doctor. He was so thorough and spent a lot of time with me. He worked very hard considering everything that was happening to me. He was very conscientious in considering treatments for my illness.
Very friendly & efficient staff. The waiting area was clean, neat, & not crowded. I completed the new patient paperwork online. Waiting time was less than 5 minutes. PA followed with questions & did some basic tests. Then Dr Shahid came in to discuss my health history & recent issues & recommended further diagnostic tests. All are scheduled in the next 2 to 3 weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Shahid & his staff.
The staff was super friendly and professional. The neurologist working with me - Dr. Shahid - was SUCH a joy to work with. He was friendly, extremely pleasant, professional, and most of all - helped me manage my fears and make what I’m dealing with less opaque and difficult to understand. The entire staff was very welcoming and does a great job of explaining things.
Please do not go here, I went 3 times and every time the doctor was delayed 1.5 to 2.5 hours (the doctor attends to hospital patients every morning, so ALL office patients have a delay and everyone in the waiting room complained each time I was there). A phone call to come later would've been courteous. The doctor is not bad, but the office staff has no clue. It took 6 weeks of calling every other day to have my prescription refilled. Dr. Shahid is a fantastic doctor. He was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend him!
I was treated kindly and in a friendly manner. The environment was great and people were open to my questions. All in all, it was a very positive experience! I look forward to another visit.
