Very kind and caring doctor but also nurses. They take time to make sure what they are saying is making sense to you but also that they are making the best decision for your health. With first time visits it’s hard to know what you will get, but Dr. Riaz and his assistant are some of the best!
Dr. Riaz was polite and kind with smiles. I felt very comfortable with the visit.
Dr Shahid took his time with my dad and explained what his symptoms meant. He helped us understand why his memory is faltering and made some changes in meds, also with a solid explanation that gave us confidence in his care. He showed great respect and seemed genuinely invested in my dad's health. His staff was also helpful and impressive.
Have had office OPEN LATE and leave me at office building waiting over an hour from opening time WITHOUT NOTICE. Had doctor NOT SHOW up for three scheduled appointments WITHOUT NOTICE. No longer going
I love this place. They're always very kind, punctual, and understanding when I express a concern or need a refill for a medication. Dr. Riaz is amazing, and I have been seeing him for the past five years. Definitely a very welcoming place.
Wait time in office was reasonable and the staff throughout Dr. Shahid is always pleasant and professional. He is friendly and informative with attention to any and all concerns I may have. I have been a patient of this practice for many years and intend to remain so.
Great experience. Was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. Office staff is very friendly and upbeat, which was nice to see nowadays. Dr. Shahid was very patient, listened intently, asked the right questions, performed an exam and explained the what/why. I never felt rushed and it was nice being included in my care. Highly recommend.
Dr. Shahid Riaz is awesome! He took time to discuss all of my issues and listened to what I was experiencing. He made me feel very comfortable with our discussion and he is very knowledgeable in his profession. I left feeling extremely hopeful with a lot of options get the headaches under control.
Dr. Riaz is a treasure! He is an outstanding physician, but also warm, caring and genuinely concerned about the physical and emotional wellness of his patients. Dr. Riaz always has the time to listen, to ask probing questions and never rushes through an appointment. His care and concern, together with his medical skill, makes one feel that they are in good hands. I consider myself very lucky to have found Dr. Riaz. I recommend him highly and without reservation.
