The worse office employe'es in Davenport FL. Refused to see my love one after just being released from hospital with a seizure. Had appt. But said we did not. Would not even go ask doctor to work him in. Terrible Office Help. Had door locked at 9am and feet propped up on desk.

Dr. Riaz is a kind and easy to talk to. I feel my care is his main concern. HOWEVER the girls in his office are anything but caring and kind. they accept hmo's but do NOTHING to help patients with referrals Working in the medical field for 30 years, I am appalled at their laziness and indifference to patients. God help Dr Riaz.
DR. RIAZ IS A HIGHLY SKILLED NEUROLOGIST AND ATTENTIVE TO HIS PATIENTS ISSUES AND CONCERNS. HE LISTENS TO PATIENTS COMMENTS AND PERFORMS NEEDED TESTS TO CONFIRM A DIAGNOSIS. MEDICATIONS ARE PRESCRIBED TO REDUCE OR ELIMINATE PAIN AND DISCOMFORT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. RIAZ AND HIS STAFF ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND SUPPORTIVE. THANK-YOU DR, RIAZ FOR YOUR EXCELLENT CARE.
Dr. Riaz is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. Good "bedside manner". Now his staff at BOTH sites, well.... are rude with a I don't care attitude- this is just a job. Well "girls" you need a NEW career!
They don't answer the phone, it goes to an automated voice mail, and no returned calls. I am going to let them know in my second appointment and if that is the case, Moving forward to another office. So far, not impressed with their level of patient follow ups
Do NOT disregard the reviews on the staff. They are absolutely terrible. Not friendly, over schedule constantly, there has yet to be an appointment where I haven't waited 45 minutes to see the doctor. Recently had an emergency where I needed the doctor's advice and for 2 days I called 30+ times with false hopes of them telling him and he never got back. When I'm there in the waiting the room the phone rarely goes off let alone all day. Doctor himself is great and knows what he's talking about it
Honestly and truly, disregard reviews prior. Many people claim the office is far too busy, far too inneficient, and far too unaccommodating. I beg to differ. Staff here aim only to be at your service, to help, they are very professional and great and you can see they care for you as a patient. After undergoing several syncapes and looking for quick appointments with very well trained proffesionals, this medical facility was exacty what i needed. Great Dr and staff
