I’ve been a patient of Dr. Syed for 15 years. But like almost everybody in these reviews, I find their office staff to be terrible. Rude and uncaring to say the least. Dr. Syed is a good dude and the only reason I go.

Dr. Syed and his Nurse Practitioner are great but his office staff is way... below expectations. They don't submit prescriptions correctly. They don't return calls. They don't respond to requests in a timely manner. Then when you call to follow-up they are rude. It is very disappointing.
I've been a patient of Dr. Syed's for over 12 years, and I thought I was receiving good care until I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder. If you valued your health and well being, do not waste your time here. This office is so outdated and unorganized. They have yet to transition to electronic medical records or the 21st century, and as a result, they have no idea what your current conditions or medications are.
