I've lived in three states and probably seven different apartments. By far, this one is the worst. The location is great and the neighbors are good. But the management is the worst I've ever seen. You're likely to get better service at McDonald's. Call them with a problem? Good luck getting a quick fix without them feeding you a bunch of BS! Other than the fact that there have been numerous maintenance personnel changes they have hopefully and finally picked one. Alex seems very capable and was always quick to get back with me about certain jobs. Right now they are a little stressed because he has to get used to the property and he's trying to make sure that all the Air Conditioning units are working properly.
