Romell is magical! Like Matrix, he is the one! He travel to teach people how to cut hair and do hair shows. Whenever i recommend him, i tell people if theyre not satisfy, i will reimburse them which is never the case. Thats how confident i am! I usually make my appointments months in advance, he is that popular. Whether coloring or haircut, he is worth trying. He will be my forever hairstylist for as long as i live in Jacksonville!
