Anyone looking for an excellent colorectal surgeon, please consider Dr. Matthew Vrees. I was at the end of my rope when I saw Dr. Vrees, during my visit he assured me he could help me and within a week he was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule and performed the surgery. He explained the recovery process in detail and calmed my fears. Please, if you need hemorrhoid surgery, consider calling RI Colorectal. Thank you Dr. Vrees
Dr. Klipfell is an exceptionally skilled and experienced surgeon and I feel fortunate to have been referred to him. The office staff however is horrendously inept and rude.
The office staff are the most rude people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They flat out lie, do not return phone calls and if there is a question on correspondence they state the patient made a mistake, and that is with a letter in front of them, with what the patient requested. Oh, and they'll hang up on you too. There is no rating bad enough for them.
