We were a party of six attending brunch. The restaurant was not busy however service was extremely slow. The food was such poor quality hardly any of us even ate even half of our meals.
There are a lot of really, really good nice restaurants in Asheville. Rhubarb does not make that list. The only flavor I could pick out from the frog legs was grease, the beef cheek was mediocre at best, the pork for two was over cooked with the portion size lacking, and the dessert was inedible. RecommendedWe had an amazing dining experience at Rhubarb tonight. We thoroughly enjoyed the Asheville restaurant week menu and our waitress Becka was outstanding. It is so worth getting out of your warm cozy homes and coming to Rhubarb to experience their food. RecommendedSeated first at Chefs table however it was too smokey and we moved to a table in the next room. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely go back again.
