Great customer service, always quick to reply to calls or e-mails so they'll get you back in working order as quickly as they can. Very helpful in working with the local utility companies for any energy incentives/rebates as well. I've worked with RHR more than once over the years and have always been satisfied.

Had my furnace replaced after it was apparently ruined by a near by lightning strike last winter. The system was old, but the replacement was done in a very timely manner and it is so good to have heat again! They did a great job! Have had them do repairs on other properties, and always reasonable and timely.
They did an excellent job of replacing the motor in our heat pump.
These guys really know their stuff.
