Wouldn't live here. Visited a friend who lives here for the first time yesterday. There's no designated visitor parking. My car was towed after only being there for 40 minutes.
Absolutely love this property and management team. The neighborhood is amazing. Really wished I discovered this gem back in 2011 when I moved to Birmingham. Austin and his team were great and really helped me when I was in a tough spot! Highly recommend this team and the H2 realty company for new residents!
Pros: large apartment Cons: roaches, now mice, ongoing maintenance issues. Just do yourself a favor and stop looking at these apartments.
