RecommendedI had my car towed from streator hospital to streator tire and repair for $60 that's a good price and the guy said he would be there in 30 mins he was there in 10 mins he hooked up my car in a couple mins follow him over there he was very nice the whole time and it was on a horrible Saturday and he didn't act like I was interrupting his saturday I was recommended by them through a friend I will pass it on to more people great job to the whole company will call u again if needed to

I would like to take a minute and express my and my families gratitude to Rhodes Auto. Although they have ALWAYS been able to get any part we have needed in a timely fashion, they also have gone above and beyond to help in any way. I say "above and beyond " because they also are involved with the Lions Club. Whenever someone in my family ever needed any medical equipment such as a walker, shower chair, or a wheelchair( you get the idea) from the Lions Club asap when asked. I was able to have my car towed from Ottawa to Naperville at a very reasonable price through this towing service. I spoke multiple times on the phone with a woman named Jamie. She listened to my situation, she exhibited care, concern, and empathy for the situation I was in, and never once did she make me feel as if I was burdening her or bothering her throughout the entire process, which was rather complicated on my end.
