Was a patient here for over 20 years Thur the name change and after all that when my doctor left they told me I'm no longer a patient there and that what they could do for me would be to fill and prescriptions. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else because getting appointments and then holding them are hard at least 4 times I had an appointment but the doctor couldn't make it it they never told me so I would go and that's when I would find out.
I was very sick for almost two weeks. When I finally managed to schedule a sick visit, the doctor only gave me cough medicine. I had to practically beg for an inhaler because I couldn't breathe. The next day, I went to a walk-in clinic because I felt the doctor didn't take me seriously. The walk-in clinic prescribed antibiotics, steroids, and other medications. I had to visit the walk-in clinic twice due to my condition and eventually went to the ER, where I was admitted immediately and stayed for a couple days for treatment... read more
Usually go to the Woonsocket office however my usual provider was too busy and was scheduled to go to the Pawtucket office. As noted in other reviews, I also experienced scheduling errors and staffing issues. Made an appointment, did an online check-in, showed up on-time, checked in at the desk, and brought to a exam room. After about 5 minutes, the staff came in and said we can't see you today and walked out with no further explanation. Referrals are dead end, everytime I go to this office I wait hours and hours....The hired help incompetent, rude and generally don't seem like they want to be there. I will be searching for a new PCP after my annual physical. This place is a complete joke, I've had nothing but problems here.
Not having a great time with this office under Dr. Ahmad. Scheduling issues and errors have not been uncommon. You can see from some other reviews that referrals are a real issue with this office. I was getting a referral, and when I showed up they thought it was my annual exam. They didn't talk to me about the referral at all, sent me home, and charged me for a visit. They have wasted a lot of my time over the years and I honestly cannot recommend this experience to anyone else. Find a better doctor and find a better office... read more
