These people will literally give you the run around. It’s like they just want to see your face. They want you to come to the office but will not tell you anything useful or relevant until you’re there expecting one thing. The receptionist don’t use their words or maybe they just don’t know what they’re doing but they weren’t communicative with me at all. This office sucks. Long wait times to see a doctor and get ahold of someone. I have a appt tomorrow need to cancel and I'm on hold for over fifeteen minutes right now! Well when I don't show up tomorrow you people better not bill me for no show because you took so damn long to answer your phone!!!
Was a patient here for over 20 years Thur the name change and after all that when my doctor left they told me I'm no longer a patient there and that what they could do for me would be to fill and prescriptions. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else because getting appointments and then holding them are hard at least 4 times I had an appointment but the doctor couldn't make it it they never told me so I would go and that's when I would find out.
I was very sick for almost two weeks. When I finally managed to schedule a sick visit, the doctor only gave me cough medicine. I had to practically beg for an inhaler because I couldn't breathe. The next day, I went to a walk-in clinic because I felt the doctor didn't take me seriously. The walk-in clinic prescribed antibiotics, steroids, and other medications.
